With three full-size bedrooms, the Cottage is ideal for couples or families and has everything you require for a relaxing getaway.
Privacy and security is second-to-none with the property located at the end of a private driveway which winds itself off a no through road.
The property opens directly onto the inlet which is home to many ducks, magpies, kookaburras and rabbits that have lived there for generations and often venture up onto the front lawn of the Cottage. The backyard of the Cottage is fully enclosed with a secure fence and gates and pets are welcome.
This is a great location for all seasons.
Rates

Peak: December and January School Holidays = $250 per night
- minimum stay of 5 nights during school holiday period.
- no check-ins or check-outs on Christmas Day, New Year's Day, or Australia Day.
Easter and all other School Holidays = $225 per night
- minimum stay of 3 nights.
- no check-ins or check-out on Good Friday, Easter Saturday, or Easter Sunday.
Mid-Peak: February, March, November, and December = $175 per night
- minimum stay of 2 nights.
Off-Peak: April, May, September and October = $165 per night
- SPECIAL: pay for 3 nights and stay for 4 (excludes school holidays and long weekends).
Winter: June, July, and August = $150 per night
- SPECIAL: pay for 3 nights and stay for 4 (excludes school holidays and long weekends).
Mid-Week Package: February to November = $600
- stay Monday afternoon thru to Friday morning.
- includes cleaning (valued at $100).
- excludes school holidays and long weekends.
Minimum of three nights stay for public holiday long weekends.
The Cottage can accommodate a maximum of six people.
It may be possible to allow an earlier check-in and/or later departure time- please ask when booking.
Stays of less than the indicated minimum nights may be available- please forward your request and we will see if we can accommodate you.
A bottle of premium Margaret River wine is included with all stays.
In addition to the nightly rates, a $100 per-stay mandatory professional cleaning fee is charged.
Payment can be made by credit card over the telephone (call Shane on 0414 442 829). Please note that a 1.5% merchant fee will be added to the cost.
Free and unlimited WiFi is provided free of charge for all guests of the Cottage.
Booking Conditions
A $250 (non-refundable) deposit is required to confirm your booking.
A $250 bond is required for all bookings and will be refunded once the Property Manager has confirmed there were no breakages or damage during your stay.
Final payment to be received at least two weeks prior to your stay.
Keys are secured in a key safe at the property. Access to the keys will be provided on receipt of the final payment.
We understand that pets are an important part of many families, so we have decided that pets are welcome to accompany you on your holiday. However, please ensure that they do not enter the bedrooms or allowed to get up on the lounges. If pets are allowed into the bedrooms, we have no choice but to deduct $100 from the bond to cover the additional costs incurred due to the cleaner having to remove the hair, wash all the bedding, and then return it to the property.
No smoking inside the Cottage.

It may be possible to allow an earlier check-in and/or later departure time- please ask when booking. All efforts to accommodate the request will be made, but the arrival and/or departure times of other guests will obviously dictate availability.
